El Sonido Mexican Style Lager
Redhook Brewery
El Sonido is the result of a year’s worth of collaborations from the beer, to the packaging, to the launch. The beer itself came from a collaboration our brewer did with a hot sauce company. We launched several iterations of that beer in our pub and it became the best selling beer to date.
From there we worked with Seattle artist Victor Melendez to create the artwork and then partnered with local indie radio station, KEXP, and a group called SMASH (Seattle Musicians Access To Sustainable Healthcare) to help launch the beer and get support for placements in music venues around the city.

C.R.E.A.M. Nitro Milk Stout
(Cappuccino Rules Everything Around Me)
Appalachian Mountain Brewery
This is one of the first beers labels I briefed and managed after moving onto the brand. The beer is brewed with donuts so I knew that we wanted to feature the donut prominent on the screen. This beer is also very decadent so I wanted to make sure it was dripping in gold.
The name of the beer also got me thinking about hip-hop (and Wu-Tang) so I wanted to pay tribute and make sure the can had that influence as well. In the end, we managed to sneak two more references into the can - the donut is a callout to Producer J. Dilla (who’s final album was named “Donuts”) and the chain and crown are a nod to Barron Claiborne’s iconic Biggie Smalls portrait.
Nike SB 15 Years Of Dunk
15th Anniversary of the Nike SB Dunk
R/GA
Nike briefed our team to build a microsite to celebrate the 15th anniversary of the SB Dunk as well as tease, announce and launch the key drops for the year. We built the site around 15 of the most iconic SB Dunks of all time and the stories behind them The site got coverage on sites like Hypebeast, SneakerNews, and Flight Club, which helped drive enough hype around the new releases that each drop sold out entirely within 48 hours.
This is the Nike SB 15 Years Of Dunk microsite’s homepage carousel that shows the hero shots of each shoe with a bespoke transition animation between each slide.
… and this is the transition between the shoe hero and the detailed subpage that details the shoe’s history.
